Subject to these Terms and your purchase of the appropriate license (as defined on our pricing page), we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for your personal or internal business purposes on the number of devices permitted by your chosen license tier. The Free tier grants a license limited to evaluation on a specific number of initial projects as detailed on the pricing page.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT ITS OPERATION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

License purchases may include a period of free updates and support as specified on the pricing page. After this period, continued access to updates and support may require an additional purchase or renewal. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue updates and support at any time. The core functionality of the purchased Software version remains available perpetually under the license terms.
These Terms are effective until terminated. Your rights under the license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term(s) of these Terms. Upon termination, you shall cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction, e.g., State of California, USA], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
